What does a taxi in Barcelona cost?
Taxis in Barcelona run on the meter at fares set by the metropolitan area (AMB). In 2026 the flag drop is €2.80. Each kilometre costs €1.35 on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 (tariff T-1) and €1.66 at night, on weekends and on public holidays (tariff T-2).
